Operational Coordinator
FULL-TIME | Expected to Join: in Dec. 2025

This is a contract role for an on-site Operational Coordinator located in Pecatu area, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations by coordinating workflow, managing administrative processes, and supporting cross-departmental communication. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational standards, monitoring performance, and driving process optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in operations or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Manage documentation, scheduling, stock levels, and inventory control for the facility/Mantra Shop.
  • Experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills especially in Bahasa and English
  • Available to join immediately (in December 2025)
  • Preferably domiciled in Kuta Selatan District
